Each year for 25 years now enthusiastic cavers meet for the scientific aspects of speleology in Han-sur-Lesse for a weekend of meetings, presentations and discussions.
The scientific meeting is mainly dedicated to Belgian karst and neighboring regions, as well as to the Belgian achievements abroad. The meeting is accessible for all and is intended to be an opportunity for cavers, scientists or merely curious to inquire or submit new observations or discoveries.
On Saturday there are many interesting conferences, such as from the guest speaker PD Dr. Philipp Haeuselmann, Schweizerisches Institut für Speläologie und Karstforschung, who will tell us about the Siebenhengste (Switzerland), a mythical mountain full of caves: relations between the underground and the surface and on Sunday there is a fieldtrip to the archeological sites of the caves of Goyet and Scladina.

Cela fait maintenant 25 ans que les passionnés des aspects scientifiques de la spéléologie se retrouvent chaque année à Han-sur-Lesse pour un weekend de rencontres, de présentations et de discussions.
Les Journées se consacrent principalement aux karsts belges et des régions limitrophes, ainsi qu’aux réalisations belges à l’étranger. Elles sont accessibles à tous et se veulent être l’occasion pour les spéléologues, les scientifiques ou simples curieux de s’informer ou de présenter de nouvelles observations ou découvertes.
Samedi, il y a beaucoup de conférences intéressantes, comme le conférencier invité PD Dr. Philipp Haeuselmann, Schweizerisches Institut für Speläologie und Karstforschung, qui nous parlera du Siebenhengste (Suisse), montagne mythique truffée de trous : relations entre le souterrain et la surface et le dimanche il y a une excursion de terrain aux sites archéologiques des grottes Goyet et Scladina..
